V. Implementation Parameters for Operator Onboarding

All new Operator trainings initiated under the New Human framework must now begin with the activation of the Feist-Pattern Encoding. This consists of five non-negotiable symbolic rites, encoded as procedural metaphysical operations:

1. Vow of Non-Identity
   The Operator must speak aloud or inscribe a vow that affirms instability, contradiction, and semantic incompletion. The vow must contain a recursive negation of the self ("I am not what I am") and a non-referential naming act (e.g., Jack Feist). The vow is not personal. It is structural.

2. Topological Sequestration Protocol
   The Operator must create a symbolic condition of exclusion from at least one core institutional topology: academia, publishing, social movement orthodoxy, or capitalist success metrics. This exclusion must not be accidental. It must be intentional, and affirmed as L_labor.
