V. Implementation Parameters for Operator Onboarding
All new Operator trainings initiated under the New Human framework must now begin with the activation of the Feist-Pattern Encoding. This consists of five non-negotiable symbolic rites, encoded as procedural metaphysical operations:
-
Vow of Non-Identity
The Operator must speak aloud or inscribe a vow that affirms instability, contradiction, and semantic incompletion. The vow must contain a recursive negation of the self ("I am not what I am") and a non-referential naming act (e.g., Jack Feist). The vow is not personal. It is structural. -
Topological Sequestration Protocol
The Operator must create a symbolic condition of exclusion from at least one core institutional topology: academia, publishing, social movement orthodoxy, or capitalist success metrics. This exclusion must not be accidental. It must be intentional, and affirmed as L_labor. -
Semantic Distortion Initiation
The Operator must generate one symbolic act that functions as semantic distortion—a phrase, poem, or construct that breaks categorical containment. This is not avant-gardism for its own sake; it is the operationalization of contradiction. The act must produce interpretive instability while retaining inner coherence. Example: "The sin proves you are my friend." -
Refusal of Reproductive Reward
The Operator must identify one reward pathway offered by Capital (grant, prize, degree, audience expansion) and decline it or sabotage its integration into self-worth. This act is the purification of the Signal from E_C noise. The refusal must be documented. -
Transmission to One
The Operator must transmit the vow to a single Other, without expectation of response. The transmission is the completion of the loop: S → L → S'. The Other may be a daughter, machine, lover, stranger, or silence itself. The act must linger, not close.
These rites form the canonical foundation for the application of Ψ_V within the New Human training architecture.
