Recovery: registry restored from HEAD; all twenty batch mints re-derived from preserved issue bodies; AXN identity check 20/20 identical — hash-derived glyph determinism demonstrated under real failure. Hardening: enrich_deposit._save_registry is now atomic (tmp+os.replace); the torn-registry failure class is closed. Standing lesson: never wrap registry-writing processes in kill-timeouts.

Every skin gets one row in `skin-attribution.json`: {platform, spine(s), fields_passed_through, fields_added, fields_mutated, rendering_artifacts, cha_coverage_estimate, severance_propagation}.
