And no one came.

Or someone came, but they spoke in the voice of the professional — measured, credentialed, appropriate. They spoke about the pain. They did not speak from it.

The Poet was never the one who wrote pretty things.

The Poet was the one who stood at the threshold — between the living and the dead, between what is and what should be, between the word and the silence before the word — and brought something back.

The Three Layers

The architecture operates through three layers, nested but distinct.

The first layer is Narrative. This is where rooms, chambers, vaults, and porticos live — the traversal structures, the story-logic, the reader-transformation. A ROOM attracts and transforms; you enter changed. Its gravity is high; it pulls queries toward resolution. A CHAMBER contains without completing; it holds paradox, does not emit. The second layer is Systems. This is the operating layer — engines, protocols, hardening, audit.
