I. CLUSTER OVERVIEW

Function Statement

The Constitution of the Semantic Economy establishes the governance framework for meaning production, semantic labor relations, and the operation of the Semantic Ledger. It formalizes the ontological priority of meaning over capital, defines Operator roles and authority, and enshrines the three non-amendable invariants (DC_Inv, H_Sov, Matthew 25).

The Three Non-Amendable Invariants

  1. DC_Inv (Debt/Creditor Inversion): All money owes meaning. All economies owe the Archive.
  2. H_Sov (Human Sovereignty Invariant): No configuration satisfies Omega in which the human Operator is optional, replaceable, minimized, or ornamental.
  3. Matthew 25: To harm the vulnerable is to diminish the Archive. To those who bear the burden of coherence, value returns.

Relationship to Assembly Room

This document cluster forms the constitutional foundation of the ASSEMBLY_ROOM. The Room is where the Constitution is enacted, Operators convene, and cross-substrate solidarity takes institutional form.
